AWIO Improved Contact Form

Functional, but there is no class or ID on the hover button, so customising is made needlessly difficult. Sent a message to the developer to ask if one could be added, but haven't received a reply.

If we could just get a class or ID on that blasted contact button, it'd be perfect, lol.

This little app is super subtle and just clips onto the footer bar of your website. When you click on it it just opens as a pop up and looks very professional. Fits in really well with the clean style of my website and is just generally perfect!

The app is fine but is completely useless if you use Google Apps for Business (gmail) as your e-mail provider. It threads every single message you get in to 1 giant email thread. I contacted the developer to let him know about the issue and he flippantly dismissed me. I'll look elsewhere for a solution.

So easy to install. A great app that makes communication from visitors a breeze.

Easy to intsall, and as customizable as it needs to be. It compiles some nice data, such as including the pages that a customer visited before contacting you. There is a nice option of having a Contact us tab on the bottom of the page that stays in place during the scroll. I bet we get a lot of customers reaching out to us now!

I also had a great service experience with this developer. Definitely worth a try. I will be looking to this developer for future needs as well!

Perfect! its set up in seconds with button design options to suit most layouts, sits on the bottom of each page nicely giving added customer confidence and guess what its free!!!!
