So far it has been a very good experience.....
some spam gets through, 4 out of 5 emails are spam but all else is great
There aren't enough filters to shield against hackers and other scammers. I'm currently dealing with someone who hacked into my account. I don't know how they got in, I shouldn't jump to conclusions. I wasn't inferring that "Inbox" was to blame, only that more security might help against intruders. I've had a great experience with all Shopify products. Thank you for being there whenever help is needed.
The AI function is perfect. We hope there is more data report for it. About the incoming conversions,the respond speed or something.
It does what it says on the tin, there are occasions I do miss the messages, but I'm not sure if that's my end of Shopify's but on the whole communication is good.
Impressive and quick response, it boost my sales and helps a lot.
Good app. Would be better if you were able to see if other team member is writing to avoid duplicated responses.
Simple and easy to use application... 4* because we miss CRM or client link to save the history of any contact.
We like Shopify Inbox except for the exception that (as far as we know) it can't be shut off when we are not available to answer. This is frustrating for our customers.
Very helpful and easy to use, only addition we would like would be to be able to attach documents
