Inbox has grown over the years, and now is a fully functioning way of communicating with customers. Plus it has a location function in the customer profile section, so you can tell if you're dealing with scammers.
Great tool for customers to get answers quickly. Quick answers are a great addition and we've noticed how much customers appreciate an instant response. Easy to use and the mobile app works great. Would like to see it tag customer orders in Shopify.
Have been using it for over 2 years, and have had no problems so far. Does what it is meant to.
Easy to use, and very well-integrated with our Shopify store (duh, it's first party).
Would be great if we could drag and drop media into the chat directly on browser, as we need to attach media quite often.
This is a great, free chat app. The "Quick Replies" function allows many pre-written answers to be looked up very quickly. Also, the built in product links show the customers photos of the product and allows quick lookups of your products.
The mobile app is fantastic as well.
The only thing I would change or add would be a feature to send a message to a customer who has not yet chatted - like a chat bubble that says "Ask us a question" so they can see the chat box more easily on the website.
This app makes it easier to stay in touch with the customer and possibly even engage them. It is a great tool that can convert curious visitors into customers. It is good that you also receive e-mails that there are unanswered messages, so that you do not miss responding to customers
What an app! There are issues sometimes like messages being delayed on the mobile version but if you are in the office then it's flawless. Great job shopify

I totally love what Shopify has to offer to its customers! It's simple, fast and easy to use! The record-keeping is fantastic, all kinds of data are available to help fine-tune strategies to drive customs to our store! best in its VERY HELPFUL
Seems to work seamlessly I old wish Shopify chat support was better as they offer no phone support and the chat support waste many hours to fix simple issues.
