We've been using the Shopify Inbox app for a few weeks, and it’s been fantastic! The app makes it so easy to engage with our customers in real-time, which they truly appreciate—it’s a seamless way to get them instant help without any barriers. We also love the feature that lets us send a message to customers when we're back in the office, keeping the communication flow smooth. Highly recommend it for any business wanting to boost customer satisfaction and streamline support!
Shopify make you log out automatically after a while, for security reasons I assume, even if you use is continiously. BUT they don't let you know you've been logged out. No notification or email. So you just go on with your day thinking its just noone atm that wants to chat. Then after a few days you get angry emails from customer who doesn't get a respsonse in the chat. Because shopify logged you out. Perfect.

it save our lives, .. customer message us with questions about our web site and found problem and fixed it right away, other wise we would have lose $$$$ of sales.
