it is useful . but sometimes if you have answered in facebook message , there is still a note in inbox telling you that you shall response to customer.

We have also just launched Shopify Ping for desktop! Go to https://shopifyping.comand login with your Shopify credentials, then enjoy the ease of use of replying to your customers from a desktop or laptop.

It is good. I wish it has SMS & WhatsApp capabilities. It would have helped us integrate our WhatsApp & SMS interactions with our customers. Hope to see WhatsApp & SMS integration soon.
