Guter Anlaufpunkt für Kunden :) Kommen viele Anfragen darüber rein. Noch besser wäre es wenn man noch mehr automatische Nachrichten nutzen könnte.

The app is great. A function to send the chat to your email for records would be great to have.

It does what it's designed to do. I wish there was a link to the page my customer is contacting me on. It just gives me the page title which can be hard to find sometimes and not very efficient for a fast response time. You have to always have the Inbox tab open to get desktop notifications for open conversations. Other than that, it works fine just had some design suggestions.

Hi, there. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for us regarding Shopify Inbox. Your feedback regarding being able to click a link to be taken to the customer's page is a great idea. I'm happy to let you know that I've gone ahead and passed that request along to our Product Team for their considerationally. In regards to notifications, you can consider downloading the Shopify Ping web app to your store from your appropriate, official webstore and you should be able to receive notifications through that application, and not just through the open Inbox Tab of your browser. Shopify Inbox is efficient and user-friendly, streamlining customer communication superbly. It lacks some advanced features but overall enhances business interaction. Recommended for small to medium-sized stores. Adheres to terms, no incentives involved.

I wish it would not log me out and force me to login in each time... it feels as if it is a little disconnected from the rest of my store... besides this, it's nothing special but works just as needed... so I am still happy with it.
(only getting too much spam)

Hey, there! Glad to hear the app is working as needed. At the current time the app does log you out in order to protect your and your customers' security, however I can definitely understand how convenient it would be to stay logged in. The idea is great, but does not work for me due to the restriction of IOS platforms.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to report that the Android version of Ping is coming very soon, so Android users can take advantage of Shopify Chat.

You can sign up to be notified when it's available: https://www.shopify.com/ping. Just enter your email address and click "Join Waitlist".

I wish it sends email notifications too. It works well as long as it's open in my browser. I don't think the mobile notifications work at all.

However, if that's not working, then we'd recommend checking over the permissions on the device.
