Echamos en falta que sea más como un CRM con un funnel, poder agregar las redes sociales dentro de un contacto, estadísticas de los agentes y conexión con las compras de los clientes desde redes sociales.

very good and i get to comunicate with my customers

I get a lot more conversions and it is easy to navigate. My assistant can also easily navigate and help reply to messages.

instagram request messages dont show images, which is a hassle. otherwise its pretty useful to have all messages in one platform
