One negative - can't change the default - track my order pre-filled answer.

While you can't change the initial default "Track my order" message, you can edit the follow-up responses under Quick replies (https://bit.ly/3PHm0wo). so far it's great.. it allows me to answer a customer question as they are shopping. I really love that it then shows me what they are putting in their cart, so that I can potentially make other suggestions. I get way too many solicitations for marketing help from fivr people, and I'd love to be able to delete their texts, leaving only legitimate customer conversations.
The app is good, but there is a delay with notifications to reply to messages. So far I have only had a couple of messages so I will see how it goes in the future.

Ottimo, funziona tutto perfettamente
The app is great, I wish it has the ability to edit:
1- Text on the button "Chat with us!" .
2- Enable/Disable auto question "What's my order status?".
3- Change the color of the button which closes the chat.

The app is fantastic however the only downside is the tracking details lack information. It just tells you that the order is either fullfilled or unfulfilled which is insufficient for clients.
it helps facilitate communication with customers and best of all its free. our customers use it daily
