Love the ability to chat with customers on my site. Would love the option to have an away message outside of business hours.

It is a good app that allows customers to ask direct questions. however; the delay in getting the notifications sometimes means the customer has left the site. It does send the response via email but sometimes it would be good to interact with the customer straight away - otherwise a great app

This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats or create some kind of ticketing system. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions.
Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

It works good but need little more improvement in accuracy, notification and instigation. Overall works good.
Very good, solid app which fits in well with workflows while keeping bloat to a minimum.
My only suggestion is to provide a way to get rid of the fake notification badge which appears even when there's no messages for the customer, which is irritating for users and somewhat of a dark UX pattern.
It would be great if it only appeared when there's an actual message for customers.

I love the app and it really helps me communicate with my customers. Please update a block button for people who want to offer services or people who use it to harass businesses using your service.

Need on Desktop:
Ability to search chats (a must)
Relabel chat headings (this was there before but can't find it now?). Super handy to be able to add a customer name or note there.
Save images with an extension, have to rename them every time right now to open them.
Bulk manage chats (archive etc)
Expire old chats after xxx days
Also need to be able to sent the chat to the customer in Email afterwards like Shopify support does.

sometimes dont receive messages, overall a very good tool. gives a professional touch to my business and helps in increasing sales
Nice app. It's integrated with my live chat, Instagram inbox, and facebook messenger so i get messages from all channels in one place. The only issue is having to log in every time.

Very good. Seems to be a little laggy between phone and computer. It usually appears on phone immediately and sometimes message doesn't show up for up to 5 minutes on the computer. Other than that works great!!
