I am using this app to talk to customers/shoppers who visit my store. Generally I like it. Would be nice to be able to set the app to pop up on my PC screen whenever someone sends a message. Most of the time, I do not see the messages immediately. Also, a bit of a tutorial on setting it up, etc. would be very helpful going forward. Bottom line, you're on the right track here - I like this app a lot! Kudos!

The order check function and auto-response are useful. But it has no idea what the customer is viewing so that's not good for sales. Wish could improve it.

Very smooth and nice chat.
It shows a lot of information about the message sender on the right hand side, which is amazing. This includes whether the customer has products in their cart. Awesome! I love it!
It is a great app. I was looking for an app where clients can connect with me without leaving the page. Not only does it allows that in real time, not only is it free but it allows we to provide them important FAQ for shipping and return policy that they ask me all day since no one ever reads anything. Best of all, it is free.

Below average rating. This app do not support customer chat without insert their first name last name and email. There is no option to turn off. which is not convenient for them when their just want instant message.
First Reply can not insert link. That means when off hour, customer may not contact us through whatsapp. But its official i believe it works faster than competitor apps.
So much spam from Egypt and Nigera. I choose to render whatsapp as Customer Service.

Shopify inbox desktop and mobile app is great, we've only just started using it but it already resulted in us converting a sale within an hour of the app being installed.
