Cette application gratuite est bien faite et très utile pour répondre facilement aux questions de nos clients.
Interface simple, c'est fluide et parfait pour un usage basique

Wenn man sich darauf einlässt und auch oft am Rechner sitzt, kann man ganz schnell Kundenadfragen beantworten. In 90% der Fälle hat das auch zu einem Kauf geführt. In Deutschland freuen sich Menschen noch über ein wenig Beratung. Wer nicht viel am Rechner sitzt, bekommt die Nachrichten per Email und antwortet eben später!
