I use this app on our store. It's useful and the response time helps us to serve our clients better.
Bonne application,
its a proper messenger, you can contact with customers with no issues.. but if they the conversation for a while you lost them and they would received email for the rest you have to say
i love this app. this app help me to get more order. This functions of this app, which I did not get from others.
Customers love to use this app and it is great for ensuring we miss nobodies emails.
Chargebacks have gone down since using this app due to customers being able to easily contact us without having to deal with emailing as well.
Shopify Inbox gives me flexibility in replying to my customers' queries. The quick reply and FAQS features are invaluable for my brand which operates worldwide. One thing they can improve maybe is how is the UX/UI, I mean how replies appear to customers in their emails. Stringing the whole conversation in every reply looks overwhelming.

Great app. Really like the instant answers for repeat questions from customers ie 'what are your store hours'. LOVE the price.
It is used very well, which increases the chance of ordering and provides timely service to customers.
