Inbox is convenient and transparent to the end customer. A real bonus for our small business.
The app works quite well. My only issue with the app is that the notification sound is very quiet. I am not sure if this is a setting on the app or on my phone but that is the only thing I would improve/change on this app.

I like the Phone app as it makes it so customers can actually be communicating efficiently with support.
I'd love it to be better integrated with the admin pages - aside from that - its pretty neat!

Notifications are a only ok (completed messages still appear unread in the mobile app after being read in the online store). Other than that it's fine.
Simple and effective method to integrating a customer chat section to your site. I have noticed a noticeable increase in conversions with Shopify Inbox' automatic replies and have been able to regularly monitor what types of questions my customers are most concerned about through their chats.
ES un canal más de venta. Una buena forma de contactar con los clientes potenciales y de obtener su email. Debería dar más opciones de búquedas de chats.
