I am using this app since long time and it is very user friendly and easy to chat with customers. The best part is easy to assign the chat to different staffs, cool colors and design. Very recommended.

FREE and adds trust between the customer and seller. I also use it for reassuring addresses, and if there are special notes I have to tell my customers, I directly use this APP.

I used this app to help me try and keep up with the questions the customers may have about their orders or a particular item. It is useful and very helpful. I just wish I can get better notification.
