The ability to communicate with customers is invaluable. I did notice that you can now see what the customer is viewing. That helps a lot.
This app saves me time. I don't have to log into different accounts to check my messages. Even though I am fairly new with Shopify I find this app works well for me.

It is very helpful and easy to use. Hate getting solicitation messages, but it is great to communicate with customers.

Shopify inbox is a good tool to connect the customer with our customer service. I would like that of all the functionalities that it has, i request to Shopify inbox place a dot indicator online and offline status in the dialog box, finaly, they could add the visualization of IP and place a location point in real where the user who visits our online store contacts us.
I love it! It takes away all the junk and sales emails although they are sneaking in here and there! It makes the conversation flow and doesn't get lost in emails! It makes our customer experience much better!
As a basic chat that you can easily put on your website it works like a charm. I wish it had some more features, but I will continue to use it and hope for more features in the future.
Bin noch nicht vollständig eingearbeitet, aber bietet schon neue Möglichkeiten. :-) Der Abgleich mit der App am Handy war am Anfang verwirrend, ist aber jetzt klar.
Inbox has been extremely helpful for both helping prospective and current customers with any questions or queries.
