It's great to have a direct line to customers. I'm not keen on the automatic replies, but we don't have to use them and the inbox app itself is very useful.

Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!

Its been really easy to install and use. Helping customers quickly to decide to make a sale. Has been a seamless experience unlike other apps.
