Easy to contact customers. It's worth it. Probably one of the best apps to use for Shopify as this can be connected to social media too.

Great so far, easy to setup and use. Like the integration with order fulfilment detail. But don't like the 100 char minimum in the review field!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden:)
ist übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen. die automatische Antwort Option finde ich super, ist sehr praktisch wenn ich mal nicht online bin oder nicht sofort antworten kann. :)

I liked this app to communicate with customers on my store. I did miss one contact, they left a message but I was not notified by email at all. I only saw it weeks later when I was logged in. I've since set my phone not to put this app to sleep so that might help. Otherwise its seems to work well.

Guter Anlaufpunkt für Kunden :) Kommen viele Anfragen darüber rein. Noch besser wäre es wenn man noch mehr automatische Nachrichten nutzen könnte.

It does what it's designed to do. I wish there was a link to the page my customer is contacting me on. It just gives me the page title which can be hard to find sometimes and not very efficient for a fast response time. You have to always have the Inbox tab open to get desktop notifications for open conversations. Other than that, it works fine just had some design suggestions.

I'm happy to let you know that I've gone ahead and passed that request along to our Product Team for their considerationally. In regards to notifications, you can consider downloading the Shopify Ping web app to your store from your appropriate, official webstore and you should be able to receive notifications through that application, and not just through the open Inbox Tab of your browser. Very handy app. Easy to communicate with my customers from anywhere. Auto response is great. when i cant respond in time it does auto reply.

I like this app in a way that it is chatting with customers on my behalf completely independently. Forwarding the order status and aske them to be patient hahahhahaha. amazing AI.
