Really nice integration! It would be great if on the mobile version the chat with us icon is smaller or can be removed everywhere but on some pages if the customer deletes it. e.g.: it is annoying on a product page when you want to look at the product images and it covers some functionality. otherwise great features

除了打开速度较慢,其他的挺不错的, 方便沟通,内嵌简洁。如果商店一直保持在线的话是非常便利的软件,可以快速响应客户信息。但是不在线的话,也会有邮件告知有客户来信息,但是无法查看到信息的具体内容,需要重新登陆并查看,这一点不太便利。

mükemmel ama ama birazdaha hazır soru yanıt eklenmeli. Ayrıca dil algılayıcı otomatik çevirici olması çok daha mükemmel bir kullanıma sahip olmasına yardımcı olur.

Easy to use! Adding it to a second website! Not sure if I like having FB and IG integrated with it, but all messages are in one place.

my customers are not able to see my response I get questions from customers but when i respond it doesn't look like they got my message

I love this app, adding a chat feature button really helps our customers make the right decision when checking out, or if they have quick questions, that way they don't need to send emails to us, and if they do send an email, it will take them off our website.

Very good access to customers via app. Not sure if quick replies can be accessed by all staff or just on individual apps.

SO far so good! I was reluctant due to the rating but decided after much thought to give it a try. Its is straightforward layout and easy to manage. I am loving the integration with Apple.

Awesome entry level chat, for startups. Would love to have features like changing the name of the sender (me) to anything I want without changing the main options like the shop name etc. But overall very good, and free. Could not ask for more
