Just ok. Needs significant more customizations options. Logos, branding, custom messages, FB messenger support.
Pretty good chat app! No need to integrate with social media which makes it more complicated. Thank you!
This chat ONLY work for apple users if you have costumers using android or windows then this app is not for you.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry that you are frustrated about some limitations of Shopify Chat. To be clear - customers visiting your store on ANY browser or device will be able to see and use Shopify Chat.
If you have both Shopify Chat and Apple Business Chat turned on for your store, then visitors using Safari or an Apple device would see the Apple Business Chat option, and all other visitors would see Shopify Chat.

I am moving back to Tidio
Very disappointing since is a feature from Shopify. Conversations as not keep together, the system starts a new one after a short time and to get worst there is no customer name so I am don’t know if is a new conversation.
working great! wish I would have found the app sooner! makes communicating with our customers easy and helping to boost sales!
Hey there, Are we able to switch off app just on desktop? Desktop's appearance is not good enough like mobile and i wanna close the button in there.

Prós: Gratuito, fácil instalação, simplicidade e direto ao ponto.
Contras: Limitação de personalização. Apenas troca de cor geral, não é possível trocar estilo de fonte ou outras alterações de CSS.
Great to have the ability for customers to get in touch. I'm not actually online and available all the time, but when I'm not I can email customers with the response.
