Very cool new addition! Great way to keep in immediate touch with customers in need of assistance!!!

Changed from Tawk.to as this is much better integrated with Shopify obviously. All seems great the biggest problem we have is the notifications. Tawk.to played a loud jingle when messages arrived and the browser icon on the PC would flash. Inbox seems to offer no notifications most of the time and then the odd time a single subtle bing.
We have missed a few chats because of this and might be the reason we stop it and go back as it kind of messes us up and makes us look bad.

Hello! Thanks so much for this valuable feedback. Notifications for Inbox do differ depending on device settings and whether or not you are logged in. You can select when and where you receive notifications for customer messages in your Admin and Inbox mobile app. If you'd like to discuss these options in more detail, I encourage you to connect with us via our Help Center by choosing "Contact Support". Usei para acompanhar os clientes mais rapidamente. é muito util e poupa imenso trabalho. A identificação das encomendas e a visualização imediata dos modelos que os clientes estão a ver no momento é perfeita.

i am not finding it usefull at the moment because I Use android an phone. I uninstalled it and i still have it on my store.Please help, i need it out.I would like to uninstall it permanently.

Update: We are happy to report that the Android version of Ping is coming very soon, so Android users can take advantage of Shopify Chat. You can sign up to be notified when it's available: https://www.shopify.com/ping. Just enter your email address and click "Join Waitlist".

Funciona bien. echamos de menos algunas posibilidades de personalización, pero es rápida y cómoda. A medida que evolucione un poco, será algo imprescindible en nuestro negocio.

I am using this app to talk to customers/shoppers who visit my store. Generally I like it. Would be nice to be able to set the app to pop up on my PC screen whenever someone sends a message. Most of the time, I do not see the messages immediately. Also, a bit of a tutorial on setting it up, etc. would be very helpful going forward. Bottom line, you're on the right track here - I like this app a lot! Kudos!

Love it. Solves a lot of problems. now we can manage business, our customers from my mobile 24x7 from anywhere and also monitor all the customer communications. This has really boosted our sales.

The order check function and auto-response are useful. But it has no idea what the customer is viewing so that's not good for sales. Wish could improve it.
