The one thing you REALLY need to add is the ability to put links in quick replies. We have to cut and paste the same links 20-30 times per day and it's frustrating.

Otherwise, it's great!

When it's working it's fantastic! It works 90% of the time. Customer's don't ever see the hiccups. The two factor authentication login forces this app to log out occasionally.
