Its a easy way to keep in touch with customers
Free and easy to use.
I used the Shopify inbox for a while and I can say that it is very helpful and achieves the aim of it for anyone who uses it.
Easy to use and make changes.
It works well, but I don´t like that you need to search for all the company employees to assign the message again; a solution could be to Manage assignments with one or two clicks or remember the last person who answers.
Good But Need More Update
Es ist ein sehr stabiles System. Jedoch könnte das Design und Einfachheit etwas Bedienerfreundlicher sein.
This is good, but I need more effective inbox.
Our customers use it A LOT so it has been a great addition. The only thing that has kept me from giving 5 stars is the chat is a little glitchy. Some people don't see messages and think we are ignoring them even though we have sent replies. Also some newer messages arrive before older ones making the chain confusing.
Otherwise a great addition to our store.
