Good basic tool. Would be nice to have more features like what is in the Shopify Support teams chat.

Its a faster way for customers to reach you and ask questions
molto efficace
I have had two conversations in the past two days that lasted over an hour where I had to re-explain myself several times. I had one desired outcome yesterday, and a different one today. Neither one were resolved. Each time they offered solutions that were not at all related to my questions. I am left feeling confused and super frustrated.

Esta aplicação é muito prática, principalmente para o meu tipo de negócio, em que faço artigos personalizados. Os clientes que entram na minha loja muitas vezes têm duvidas de como podem encomendar algo que não está disponível para compra imediata e a Shopify Inbox, é fundamental porque é uma forma rápida de comunicarmos com os clientes. Recomendo

It works well, but I don´t like that you need to search for all the company employees to assign the message again; a solution could be to Manage assignments with one or two clicks or remember the last person who answers.
