The app is great. A function to send the chat to your email for records would be great to have.

Works as it should, and is very prompr.
Got instant messages from customers, enhancing sales !
It does what it's designed to do. I wish there was a link to the page my customer is contacting me on. It just gives me the page title which can be hard to find sometimes and not very efficient for a fast response time. You have to always have the Inbox tab open to get desktop notifications for open conversations. Other than that, it works fine just had some design suggestions.
Hi, there. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for us regarding Shopify Inbox. Your feedback regarding being able to click a link to be taken to the customer's page is a great idea. I'm happy to let you know that I've gone ahead and passed that request along to our Product Team for their considerationally. In regards to notifications, you can consider downloading the Shopify Ping web app to your store from your appropriate, official webstore and you should be able to receive notifications through that application, and not just through the open Inbox Tab of your browser. Allows us to connect to visitors and customers at the right time, right when they're shopping - and gracefully handles when we're not available. Great product which helps us deliver a great service.
