No problems here. The app seems to be working great. I have made several new contacts; everyone here seems quit friendly.
Good and easy to use.
Allows me to answer questions customers have regarding a product or order. In answering customers quickly it has brought in extra sales which I may of lost.
So far so good! I love that I can use this instead of Meta's Inbox for Business (which frankly, is awful). I would just request a "star" feature, so the team can easily see which customers need replying to when there's a lot of volume.

I can't delete them, deleted the app and it still stays on the left side of the shopify backend. I searched for inbox in the app store and it shows me the status of the app already installed.
Paul from Mattress Micks gives thumps up to this App, I find it very helpful when chatting with customers, sending them products and of course discounts.
Not bad, but still a lot of room for improvement, too few options for personalisation
The app has helped us easily communicate with customers which in turn has increased our sales. The only thing I've noticed is it goes down once in awhile and I need to re-signin. Overall - it's been great.
