I use this app to communicate with customers that visit my store. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had some kind of ping to notify when a customer is trying to reach out

That being said, for mobile notifications or mobile reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij), you can enable the sounds or the pop-up banner style for Shopify Inbox through the Notification settings on your iOS or Android device. Fantastic app that allows customers to contact you instantly.
Very good way to have communication with our clients. The way to send emails to our clients would be missing, since we pay for our own domain and I do not have that option
great value for money. I will use it for some time to come. I like the way it connects to other providers.
