I have not tried the app yet, only downloaded it. I am hoping that it being a Shopify app it works better than ZenDesk. Zendesk has turned out to always be a problem. I have to reinstall every once in a while. Way too complicated for me.

It would be better if we did not have to login every-time. Once we are in Shopify Admin we should be able to open the inbox caller to respond.

Shopify is one of the e-commerce stores I have been with and I love the way I get to sell at my pace. I have a hard time finding the best store format to download my Ail link on and getting Shopify to work with Google but I think it's just me!
By far this is one of the better sites for new beginners like me

me mantiene informado sobre los mensajes que me llegan de otras redes sociales, aun me encuentro en la etapa de aprendizaje, algunos mensajes lo respondo algo tarde pero se que este es un trabajo continuo.
Very user friendly and helps to answers questions from customers faster.
Very usful. Much more accessible to our customers who can not find our email address, and also the chat will target the specific item they might have a question about. I have found that the auto generated suggested messages are not always accuarte, saying we have something in stock when, in fact, we are out of stock. Overall it is a postivie experience.
So far it's worked well for us.
