The app is great for the chat and customers love it. We need a place for customers to enter their name and for us to search for customers via name, as well as be able to search for keywords inside the conversations.

I'm so glad to hear that you found installation and using the app easy! We always recommend that users should install Shopify Ping app on a mobile device in addition to using our desktop version of Ping (shopifyping.com) - that way notification won't be missed!
