Very good. Seems to be a little laggy between phone and computer. It usually appears on phone immediately and sometimes message doesn't show up for up to 5 minutes on the computer. Other than that works great!!
This is clearly a great application and integrates seamlessly with Shopify store. Would highly recommend this application to all fellow store owners in india.
I would like to have more details about the customers and what pages they are on. Also more promotes for them on different pages
it is very nice, We hope this plugin can bring us a better user experience, and hope the shopify team can develop better
Me gusta mucho, solo que en la app del movil hay veces que no se guardan los cambios.
I love being able to easily communicate with my customers through this app! It has been very beneficial.
Need on Desktop:
Ability to search chats (a must)
Relabel chat headings (this was there before but can't find it now?). Super handy to be able to add a customer name or note there.
Save images with an extension, have to rename them every time right now to open them.
Bulk manage chats (archive etc)
Expire old chats after xxx days
Also need to be able to sent the chat to the customer in Email afterwards like Shopify support does.

nice experience
I've been using this app since the beginning and then suddenly the chat bubble disappeared. I tried everything to fix it, I even reinstalled the app, but it didn't work.
In addition to the app being rubbish (like most Shopify apps), now the same can definitely be said for Shopify support. The Get Support link just doesn't work (504 Gateway Time-out).
It's sad to see the former e-commerce giant turn into a worthless platform that has clearly lost all strings.
EDIT:
I finally got support and the most shameless answer possible. Of course, they shifted the blame to another app with the excuse that some scripts were added on April 15th that are causing the problem.
Of course, that is a plain LIE because Inbox ceased to function long before that date.
Besides they don't know how to make apps and maintain them, now they have started to shamelessly LIE to users! Liars and hypocrites. As a platform they have become plain garbage and only useful to Plus users, but they make billions from us, regular users.
I love it! Its so easy and accessible.
