The app works well
the inbox system works well, not always connecting via safari but works faultlessly on chrome. great product .
I enjoy it very much, it helps me stay closer in touch with others and my customers, clients and people who offer their services it's great
I like being able to chat with customers about my product assortment and answer any questions they may have.

Genius! Being able to immediately answer someone's question (and then see that they subsequently purchased) because you are able to help them by answering and understanding any questions they had in real-time.
Very useful app. Please add a feature to mark multiple conversations as complete at the same time. Keep it up.
