The app works well, however it would be much better if there were scheduled times it was On or Off for when we cannot respond.

Sorry that it took me so long to switch to Shopify Inbox from my old chat provider. The features are very valuable and the customer information really helps you tailor the customer's experience. One of the best apps that I've used on Shopify. Thanks for building this app.

We like this app, although we use Chrome and when we have a message I have to wait for the mail program to catch up to know about it. I've been through the steps to allow the indicator to no avail. If not for that it would be five stars.
**UPDATE**
This app is performing much better and not only does it inform me when I have a message, but it continues to remind me until it is answered. Way to improve and app!
