Easy to use app. Only 1 thing has to be improved is the login process. For some reason I should log in every time when I receive questions from my customers.

Currently, you're asked to login everytime you want to use Inbox as a security measure to keep your conversations with customers safe and secure. This app has great potential. Based on where it's development is at the moment, I gave it 4 stars since it's still fairly basic. For what it does, it does it really well, otherwise it would have been an easy 5-star rating. The fact that it's free, and works right out of the box is tremendously helpful for starting-off business who can't afford 3rd party solutions that cost an arm-and-a-leg. Eventually as INBOX continues to grow and develop, it's usefulness will continue to grow as well.
It's good but not very customizable. You can't move it to where you want it on the screen and I can't find where to change the instant answers.
This really helps us communicate with our customers in real time! Great App to use anytime! Thanks!
Llevo 3 meses usando esta app va bastante bien y cumple su función solo acotar que el tema de notificaciones si falla un poco, porque a veces me notifica y otras veces no, yo creo que si pudieran arreglar este pequeño bug le daría 5 estrellas a la app.
Easy to use and very helpful in providing quick and easy responses to customers. I am thankful that I have it use.
Certainly does the job for a free app. Multiple staff members can respond which is a great feature. The only thing is we get double emails as one goes to the primary shop email and the second for all staff.
Great app, they just saved me from subscribing from other chat apps. Please have the option to add some BOT.
not good it blocks my menu and blocks online store on mobile

Why we cannot give negative stars?? Minus 1000 for us, it installed by itself on a perfectly working chat (Ping) and is now asking our customers for their phone number to start a simple chat, we basically lost every contact with our customers, shame on you!
