Ease of use and quick communcation.

I'm sent in an endless loop of account verification when I try to see our inbox messages, sometimes that app gives prompts in German and Spanish (when we are only set to English). There is no way to see the messages. No idea how to use this app.

Great apps, but we want our whatsapp also can include in the shopify inbox. can you guide us on how to do it?

Thank you for writing your review and I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying using Shopify Inbox. At this time, it is not possible to integrate WhatsApp messaging with Shopify Inbox, although I will be sure to pass your comments onto our app development team.

I was using another chat app - i switch to Shopify - I like it - I use it on my mobile - very simple & effective way to communicate with customers

Can't work. I can't view my message. The web can't be loading this app may have a big problem. I have try several day it is still can't view it. How to do that? come on. omg.

Works fine - but doesnt make any sense that it no multi language.

Shopify build it and Shopify build markets / Translate & Adapt.

In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. I'm happy that my customers are able to reach out to me at any time without sending an email. We are definitely getting more inquiries about our product. I downloaded the app to my phone, but it seems there is a lag in time, and most of the time, it says the customer is now offline and my message will be sent as an email. I'm not sure if I can fix that. I guess its time to check out Shopify Community to see what other people are doing with this feature.
