Excellent chatbox - simple and straightforward, while also presenting a good number of options. No complaints whatsoever!
I really like the app, but would like it better if you could search for a message instead of going through each one.

Clients images never seem to come through to me so I always have to redirect them to email to see their attachments.

At this time, clients are not able to send images through Shopify Chat, but we are working on adding that ability. Keep redirecting them to email for now if you don't mind.

I used the app and instantly I was able to engage with the customers who were visiting our channel. Thanks to that, losing no leads.
The immediacy for the customer is helpful, even if they receive an email reply later. It's also useful to be able to provide instant answer for the most common couple of questions. It has definitely helped us engage, keep and convert customers and inquiries into sales.

Well made application however cannot be useful in a multi-account setting...
Really unfortunate because if you manage several sites from your mobile you have to disconnect and reconnect, too long at the risk of losing the discussion.
