お客様とのやり取りに使用していますが、時々メッセージが来ていることに気が付きません、改善方法はありませんか。
また、海外からの問い合わせが多いので、翻訳機能があるととても助かります。今はメッセージをコピーして、googlの翻訳機能を使用しています。

i turned off the chat & inbox but yet IM STILL GETTING THESES SPAM MESSAGES
It's a great app when you're using the desktop version within the store, but 1 star gets knocked off for the mobile version. Mobile is sloooow and buggy and long conversations with a customer make the app almost unusable.
It is a useful way to talk with customers, and the integration with Shopify is nice to use compared to other apps.
very nice needs some support for Arabic language only some letters does not show in the mobile app while chatting but overall great

Easy to use app. Only 1 thing has to be improved is the login process. For some reason I should log in every time when I receive questions from my customers.

Currently, you're asked to login everytime you want to use Inbox as a security measure to keep your conversations with customers safe and secure. Shopify chat will appear as the same language as your theme. If it is not a supported language it will default to english. I'm glad to hear that you like the app so far.
