so far i love it, its efficient and quick. it gives a more personal feel on my website, and i love having a quick way for my customer to reach me :)
I like this app because it helps my customers reach me in real time. But I would like if they are able to show me the title and image of the items they are inquiring about. Currently they are able to say the title of the item but no image of it shows.

The idea is great, but does not work for me due to the restriction of IOS platforms.

This is the BEST APP that shopify have ever built and works without any issue. If it also has live typing insights and the pages that the website user have visited, this would be an even more great app. Please try to bring those two features, most importantly the feature to view what pages the viewer visited!!
Good app, works very well. I would like to see the ability to capture a customers Name/Email/Question like all the other major live chat applications.
I am happy this integrates with Apple Business Chat. Although I will not be enabling this until there is further developments with Apple Business Chat.
Thanks for creating an App Shopify, please just bulk it out with some more customisations. Welcome messages when opening the live chat would also be great.

I wish it sends email notifications too. It works well as long as it's open in my browser. I don't think the mobile notifications work at all.

Shopify Inbox does send email notifications (https://bit.ly/3hRz57S) and mobile notification reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij). This app is really helpful in keeping up with customer request and comments. I would definetly reccomend this app.
