The Shopify Inbox app is really great and very helpful. It would be even better if customers could submit their phone number before contacting support. Also, image quality becomes low when sending images, which needs improvement. Other than that, everything is excellent.
Shopify Inbox has been a game changer for customer support and conversions.
It’s simple to set up, integrates perfectly with the store, and the instant answers + quick replies save a ton of time. I love how it keeps conversations organized and helps respond faster without sounding robotic. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant who wants better customer experience and higher trust.
No me aparece en mi página si entro desde el celular y no hay un soporte con personas para ayudarme a ver qué es. EStaba activado en la parte de "Temas" en las "incrustaciones de apps", desinstalé y reinstalé, y nada

its good, only problem is you cant copy/past images and links....very annoying when trying te help a customer
not bad so far, but it should show the page or product your customer is messaging about, very often do i get customers asking me about products but i have no clue which ones they are talking about
So much simpler and effective than our previous third-party chat (Tawk.io). See the customer contact info and their cart helps so much with product questions. And the mobile app is just perfect for responding quickly. I'm so glad Shopify integrated this and offers a free solution to a common problem.

I would love it if Shopify Inbox could also handle my email channel from customers, not just the live chats, because I currently use a separate system.
