This app works well for us. It was easy to set up and works seamlessly with the website. Can be used with various devices so it's easy to chat with customers.

It is a good tool to stay in contact with customers in a faster and more dynamic way then through emails.
You cannot change the "Chat with Us" title on the app, please help with this.
Also if you can add a picture circle option so that when visitors open the chat they can see who they are speaking to, it would make communication much more personal. The option to add a circle picture would be incredible and I'll change my review.

Easy to use and get notifications from customers per set-up
No problems here. The app seems to be working great. I have made several new contacts; everyone here seems quit friendly.
helps streamline and so much nicer to not manage CS in email and keep within a space where all employees have easy visibility
The one thing you REALLY need to add is the ability to put links in quick replies. We have to cut and paste the same links 20-30 times per day and it's frustrating.
Otherwise, it's great!
Very useful as we can chat directly with customers. Better to use with the computer but its ok on a mobile
