App simply doesn't work, losing sales because it doesn't want to load, ive tried on multiple networks just doesn't work on my phone.

I use this app to communicate with customers that visit my store. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had some kind of ping to notify when a customer is trying to reach out

That being said, for mobile notifications or mobile reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij), you can enable the sounds or the pop-up banner style for Shopify Inbox through the Notification settings on your iOS or Android device. It's efficient. I don't have to go in and out of social media. I can work and respond to a question or comment and keep it pushing.

Brilliant app, works well once you've got all you integrations set up. Has helped us convert a lot of sales! Love how you can see the actions customers take with their cart while the chat is happening. Also, we have found that customers can send pictures by replying via email (even though your documentation says customers can't send pictures). It would be handy though if they could attach pics directly via the chat window

Pretty nice. A little bit more customization options would be great & "available hours" should be shown to customers directly.
But it works just fine :)

I really like how simple it is to get every message at the same place, but I wish there were more automation possible (complete flows with answer choices for the customers) and there is also much room for improvement concerning bilingual sites.
