Can't work. I can't view my message. The web can't be loading this app may have a big problem. I have try several day it is still can't view it. How to do that? come on. omg.

顧客との連携を密にするために試しで使っています。チャットの変換のたびに送信されてしまうので、そこを改善してほしいです。日本語ならではの悩みです。そこが直れば使いやすくわかりやすく、引き続き使っていきたいアプリだと思います。

All I'm getting lately is spam! How do you get rid of this? The only way I see is to get rid of this app. I asked a support question and all the so-called experts came after me! Now it's wasting my time

A FUTURE FIVE STAR APP WITH ADDED FEATURES

Overall, the integration is great. We shopify business owners really need this, and since all the app developers are gouging us on their monthly fees, I really enjoy the abilities this app offers. However, there are things that are a necessity to add to the app to make it functional to everyone.

1. Add the ability to have multiple stores connected to the inbox so we can see all of our chats in one place.

2. Translations - Let people see what we write in their own language, and vice versa.

Its a great app but I find myself looking for other solutions that have these features.

Good but unfortunetely this app is not adapted for international website. Because we we can't translate the inbox in several languages, big default...

I was able to see the messages and reply easily to the customers. However, I need to figure out how to turn on text alerts/alerts, notifications to come to my cellphone so i can respond faster to my customers.

Shopify inbox is all spam. It’s a waste of time and detracts from actual customer engagement. Wish it were more reliable and could filter the bots out.

Hi, there. I understand how frustrating it can be to receive spam messages, and that your time is much better spent helping customers. You do have the option to block a conversation, though I know this can also be time consuming if you're receiving spam from multiple users. Poor customisation, chat message received time lag, overly complex sales channels with apple chat and messenger. Could be greatly improved, now we are looking into a third party chat option. Also just don't like the aesthetic of the chat button.

Good app but loads and alerts me of messages very slowly. Many times customers have left before I am able to reply to them. Is there a way to speed it up?
