I was not able to see the chat close window on my mobile phone, even though I could see it in shopify preview. On actual mobile phone, it just disrupts my store with no close button

I'm sorry to hear that your customers are having issues on mobile closing the Shopify Chat widget. This can happen when the Shopify Chat button is pushed up when it conflicts with a non-Shopify made theme or a third party app. I will be following up with you via email to troubleshoot this issue with you. notification tone should be something I mostly missed my online customers. and customers coming back again with different chats it should be one tab only for a single customer. by mistakingly i replied twice to many customers. Everytime i have to login for online chats

It helps me communicate with my customers. I get informed immediately and this enable me react immediately
The inbox for windows has been great. For some reason I cant access it with my phone, my only complaint about the app.
It's efficient. I don't have to go in and out of social media. I can work and respond to a question or comment and keep it pushing.
Fantastic chat functionality with the perfect mobile app so real-time chats are never missed. We love the visibility into what product page the shopper is on when they engage the chat. Highly recommend!
Brilliant app, works well once you've got all you integrations set up. Has helped us convert a lot of sales! Love how you can see the actions customers take with their cart while the chat is happening. Also, we have found that customers can send pictures by replying via email (even though your documentation says customers can't send pictures). It would be handy though if they could attach pics directly via the chat window
