This is a great feature. I love the fact that I was able to directly reply to customers emails. I hope this resume helps a lot of you guys.
Great to have the ability for customers to get in touch. I'm not actually online and available all the time, but when I'm not I can email customers with the response.
Good tool! I just need to keep better track of notifications. Don't have the time or a dedicated person to respond to messages 24/7 . The 'respond by email' is a nice touch and helpful there.
Having an in-store chat option definitely increases customer engagement, and we have had a few extra customers purchase due to the chat, which might not have otherwise. It'd be great if the app had the option to add/edit hours of availability for the chat, so folks don't just sit around wondering when they'll get a response, but for what it is, it does its job well.

I love to hear that Shopify Chat has led to sales. And, it will hopefully lead to more! Shopify Ping does offer availability hours, which is set up in the Ping app. Availability hours let the customers know that you are away, but it does not prevent customers from chatting in. Easy to use, notifies me right away, easy to set up for common Qs, works well on both phone (iPhone) and desktop (Mac).
This app is great - we are a very small business and it makes offering the livechat feature super seamless. I answer chats at my desk or on the go on the mobile app. The only thing I wish they would add is an attachment feature. But I really like the send a product feature
Sehr cooles Feature, um mit den Kunden sehr nah und schnell zu kommunizieren. Einfach in der Implementierung und auf jedem Gerät erreichbar. Ist man nicht so schnell, dann geht es nahtlos per Mail weiter. Könnte einfacher und besser kaum sein.
Vielleicht in Zukunft noch mit einem Bot, der die Wartezeit zur Erfassung der Bestellnummer nutzt und intern direkt verknüpft.
really usefull!! i love it. we are receiving less questions overall. I recommend to use the more FAQ and put them there...

I removed a third party chat app as I like to keep Shopify integrated app whenever possible.
