very usefully,the only drawback is the app sucks but desktop side no problem
I would like to recommend that all the buyers automatically reflect on inbox
for free its quite good and does everything we need, we don't need bells and whistles
Messages are fast and well presented. Very happy with Shopify Inbox.
I don't think I am getting notified when mail arrives, otherwise I am fine with it
