This app does the job, but I'd really like the option to be able to block certain countries from even sending a message or the ability to send certain countries right to the spam box.

This allows me to help customers in real time and keep people from leaving the site because they have a question about our products. It also allows me to see themes and better work my website to help make information more clear for my customers.
I like the app, because it's easy to use, and allows to connect directly with your clients. It's easier for them to ask about orders, and products, or to. solve a 1-min problem. It gives more credibility to the store, and thanks to the app, you can answer at every moment.
The only "error" I found, are the notifications: they get triggered again when I open the app, but it's not a big deal.

A quick way for customers to contact us and ask questions about the availability of products or about products we sell. Had some recent problems with Nigerian cons sending me multiple chat requests to my inbox. I blocked them on my end, but wonder if there is more that Shopify can do to stop these scam artists.
Chat pot is one of the most powerful to use on your website even if you are still in the preparation period, just adding some questions and auto-reply can be used to direct your lost visitors directly to right place and solve the issue without spending your time in it, keep going guys, great app
I used the app to help with Instagram messages and being able to attach products directly to messages, it works great. The only thing I would like is for it to sync with Instagram so if I respond through Instagram the message is visible within Inbox. Apart from that it is doing what I want for sending messages. Haven’t tried any of the other features as yet but will do

Update: This app has really increased our store's response times to customers as well as helped increase sales conversion. Just 1 simple quick response has led to some great sales. Thanks Shopify!
Sorry that it took me so long to switch to Shopify Inbox from my old chat provider. The features are very valuable and the customer information really helps you tailor the customer's experience. One of the best apps that I've used on Shopify. Thanks for building this app.
A great app, especially as it's free. It's missing just one thing that would make it on par with many of the chat systems that charge $$$
Add email piping. So sending an email to a specific email address creates a conversation. This would make this premium, easily.
This app is amazing! Having the chat box option in our online store helps tremendously with automatically answering repetitive questions. We would love it if there was an option to embed URLs, as well as the ability to add images to replies. Hopefully, that upgrade will come soon!
