I think this works great and it's free with Shopify subscription.
I like this app overall, but the fact that you can't stop it from filling your email inbox with every chat message is annoying. My employee handles the chat inbox so I don't need to be notified of every message via my email. Very annoying.

Easy to navigate and reply to customers
Very bad customer service, trying to reach out since 1 day but showing errors.
I love this app it helps me connect with my customer and help them find what they are needing for the quilting projects.

Its okay app, but not the best in the market. I am using it because its free.
It has been easy to use, and I found it works well in real time.
