MACOS版での日本語入力がおかしい

スマホ画面で見た時に、アイコンが大き過ぎて主張が強すぎる。アイコンによってすぐにチャットを意識するのは、望んでいる事ではないが、お客様には気軽に質問して頂けて、購入の検討をするのに繋がっていると思う。

The app as a whole is functional and attractive. I like it, but it needs a couple of key improvements.

First: The visitor should have the option to close the conversation, resetting it, because right now the only quick way is for the client/visitor to enter private mode in their browser.

Second: There should be an option from the Inbox administration to delete obsolete chats.

I hope this helps improve things. Thank you very much.

It bugs me that even if i answer quickly it always goes to an email even if they are still on the site. I'd like it to be more of a real time app instead of multiple emails back and forth! Otherwise it is very handy to use and have chat on your site and yeah, it is FREE. works well on computer or phone. So - I was giving higher score but dropped it down to a three because reviews are not all legit.

Thank you very much for this work, but a lot of things are missing:
1. Search in messages (you may suggest connecting an external database or google sheet)
2. It is extremely important to link the conversation to a specific order. Otherwise, the conversation is lost and will no longer be found
3. Often messages are not sent the first time and you need to resend them again and again

Issue:
1. In product recommendation , keyword search is inefficient, fuzzy match not functioning properly as system want "Exact" match keyword.
Store owner need to try different keyword multiple times to get correct item.

2. Does not support reply to specific msg.

3. Auto reply msg will marks as "read" , so owner will miss visitor msg.

The Fraudulent Scam messages must be trashed. The algorithm can check the sender's url - for example one fraudulent sender was from Florida claiming I charged his credit card...the software can check and see that the sender did not order anything.
The majority of customers who will contact me will hit the contact button and be inquiring about products. If they are a legitimate purchaser then the algorithm can see that.

You cannot change the "Chat with Us" title on the app, please help with this.

Also if you can add a picture circle option so that when visitors open the chat they can see who they are speaking to, it would make communication much more personal. The option to add a circle picture would be incredible and I'll change my review.

We have actually added the chat avatar feature you suggested to help make communication more personal.

You can enable and manage your avatar at inbox.shopify.com under Settings > Message preferences > Avatar.

After selecting "Use admin profile picture", the picture will appear in the circle in the chat as you have described.

You also should be able to change the title and icon of the chat widget. From your shop's admin at admin.shopify.com, select Inbox under "Sales channels". Clicking the "Customize chat" button will take you to an editor in which you can modify the colors, icon, wording, positioning, and greeting message of the chat widget.

For the text, we have preset options as well as the option to remove the text and just have an icon. Please feel free to reach out to us at inbox@shopify.com for further assistance with either of these features. Thanks!
