Very usful. Much more accessible to our customers who can not find our email address, and also the chat will target the specific item they might have a question about. I have found that the auto generated suggested messages are not always accuarte, saying we have something in stock when, in fact, we are out of stock. Overall it is a postivie experience.

This app has great potential. Based on where it's development is at the moment, I gave it 4 stars since it's still fairly basic. For what it does, it does it really well, otherwise it would have been an easy 5-star rating. The fact that it's free, and works right out of the box is tremendously helpful for starting-off business who can't afford 3rd party solutions that cost an arm-and-a-leg. Eventually as INBOX continues to grow and develop, it's usefulness will continue to grow as well.

Good App that links well to order enquiry status. With a bit more control over the position and size of the widget I would have given 5 stars

I love this app. I find it very useful.. only wish there was a 5 or 10 second delay before sending the message to the customer, so you can get a proper look at what's being sent..if you follow!!, but other than that an absolutely brilliant app...4 stars add a 5/10 second delay and I'll give 5 stars..

Shopify Inbox is efficient and user-friendly, streamlining customer communication superbly. It lacks some advanced features but overall enhances business interaction. Recommended for small to medium-sized stores. Adheres to terms, no incentives involved.

Great to see the use of ChatGPT. However, it does need more input from customers who tend to limit the information that they give.

I love that it provides the customer order and cart info on the screen. I took one star off because it doesn't seem to integrate with other CRM apps where we store and access more in depth customer data and communications (hubspot, pipedrive, etc.)

Easy enough to use but when having a conversation with a customer my messages apparently go to them through email, according to a customer. This isn't good because it makes communication difficult for my customers.

We have had a fairly good experience; it was initially a rocky start with the interface issues to other selling channels but once those issues were resolved then it has been pretty good.

This app works quite well. I do wish it had some more pro level features, but it is a great app for interfacing with your customers.
