This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions. Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

Nice app, integrates well with Shopify ( as one would expect ), quick install, free !, and easy to configure. It would be nice if there were more cusomisation options though - like assigning icon/ avatar to operator.
