The app works well, however it would be much better if there were scheduled times it was On or Off for when we cannot respond.

This is easy to set up and easy to use. Customers seem more likely to ask questions since we've been using the Shopify Inbox app. This means we can engage with them about their questions or concerns and they're more likely to purchase.

Sorry that it took me so long to switch to Shopify Inbox from my old chat provider. The features are very valuable and the customer information really helps you tailor the customer's experience. One of the best apps that I've used on Shopify. Thanks for building this app.
