We've been using this app for about a year now. It's simple and straight forward to set, and easy for our team to manage and interact with customers on our website. It has all the tools needed making it chatting with customers an easy task. Highly recommended.
The only complaint, and I'm nitpicking, is the agent's avatar which doesn't display on the front end. It would be great if the avatar of the agent taking the call could be displayed on the chat instead of the smiley face to make the interaction more personal. Other than that, we love it.

The chat feature is a good feature. It gives customers (and owners) a chance to ask questions and give answers, if not right away, within a reasonable time.

It offers a more immediate way to have interaction with my customers. Not all customers want to phone, and emailing back and forth is not always the best option for people. Having a chat option on my site has increased my exposure and has definitely led to an increase in sales.
This has worked really well for us and our customers seem happy to interact with it. Sometimes they ask bland questions but that may be to check a human is involved with the support.
This app makes it easier to stay in touch with the customer and possibly even engage them. It is a great tool that can convert curious visitors into customers. It is good that you also receive e-mails that there are unanswered messages, so that you do not miss responding to customers
