This app is extremely helpful and as a result I haved closed some sales that would have otherwise disappeared into the abyss. An essential tool to speak with legitimate customers and I highly recommend it.
The only problem I have is much the same as the previous comment. Although I block them NIGERIA is a massive problem on this app. I Often get hit with "so called shopify agents from nigeria trying to solicit business, who have very thick skins and do not take no for an answer no matter how disinterested or unfriendly your response is- in other words scam artists" who badger me from dusk to dawn multiple times a day. I have been driven to responses that are not usually part of my vocabulary. I do appreciate the ability to block them as they pop up but it does not take away the frustration of having to deal with them.

This is a great, free chat app. The "Quick Replies" function allows many pre-written answers to be looked up very quickly. Also, the built in product links show the customers photos of the product and allows quick lookups of your products.

The mobile app is fantastic as well.

The only thing I would change or add would be a feature to send a message to a customer who has not yet chatted - like a chat bubble that says "Ask us a question" so they can see the chat box more easily on the website.

Excellent chat system. I wish it had AI integrated into it as it adds a lot of functionality and capabilities.
Imagine if we did not have to re-respond the same answer to the same repetitive question that would be asked differently occasionally or have it communicate and automatically translate our response in the user's native language. Maybe we can upload PDF and docs and give the AI all of our files, instructions, and guidelines about our product and the system and can provide any information the end user is asking.
