easy and straight forward

Very good. Seems to be a little laggy between phone and computer. It usually appears on phone immediately and sometimes message doesn't show up for up to 5 minutes on the computer. Other than that works great!!

Je trouve cette application vraiment bien pour le service client. On peut répondre aux messages très rapidement.
